I am here to help! My name is Vanessa Fontes. I am a clinical psychologist who loves working with parents. It’s a big decision to find support for yourself and your child. After our initial consultation, I will chat with you about your concerns and goals. I may also want to connect with your child to gain an understanding of their personality. The initial consultation mostly consists of gathering background information. After that, we’ll schedule regular sessions to meet on a secure video platform. My approach looks at the big picture. It’s not about saying who’s wrong or who did something right, or about placing blame. It’s important to know how to support you as a parent and your child so you both feel heard.
